Politics and Prose, the iconic Washington DC bookstore, is up for sale. Like many independent bookstores that change hands or close, it's more than just a financial transaction. "We're not just looking for a buyer. It's about someone to continue our legacy," store owner Barbara Meade told the Washington Post.
