Haki Madhubuti moving to DePaul

Some local Chicago news here: Haki Madhubuti, poet and founder of the Gwendolyn Brooks Center at Chicago State University, is moving to DePaul University to become the new Ida B. Wells-Barnett professor, where he will teach two courses and conduct workshops on race.  Laura Washington from the Sun-Times has a nice column on the circumstances of Madhubuti's move, and the historical significance of both Gwendolyn Brooks and Ida Wells-Barnett to the African American literary community.
