Devon Halliday’s fiction has appeared in Ploughshares, Ninth Letter, Indiana Review, Fence, Idaho Review, and elsewhere. Her first published story, appearing in Ploughshares in 2020, was awarded a Pushcart Prize. She is currently pursuing a Fiction MFA at Warren Wilson as a Rona Jaffe Foundation Graduate Fellow. She lives in her hometown of Athens, Ohio, where she and her husband own and operate a local bakery.
