Apple sued because the iPad works like a regular computer

Unhappy iPad users have filed a class action suit in California against Apple, claiming that using the tablet computer isn't "just like reading a book" because it refuses to defy the laws of physics and overheats in direct sunlight. Chris Walters from the Consumerist considers the possibilities of the suit:

If the plaintiffs win, I think Apple should also be forced to install a wind sensor so that pages flip automatically when you're outdoors in a strong breeze. Then the company could sell an "iPadWeight" wireless accessory ($69) that you would have to put on top of the screen to "hold down" the pages. A wireless "iMark" ($29) that would function as a bookmark wouldn't be a bad idea, either. And of course Apple should provide free dustjackets. Unless you want to face my legal wrath, Jobs.

These literal-minded litigants are also filing assault charges against Johnny Leonardo from second grade because he threatened to "step on a crack and break your mother's back."
