TriQuarterly is supported by Northwestern University Information Technologies (NUIT) Department of Academic and Research Technology. Harlan Wallach leads the technology and design team. The web production teams behind this issue were digital media specialists Gus Childs, Rodolfo Vieira, and Andrea Gaither. Stephen Poon and Mark Skala worked closely with curator John Bresland in the encoding of the literary video essays. The NUIT A&RT server & apps group, Anton Verlygo and Jim Lindsey, keep the server hardware running with the support of the NUIT PIM group. The online TriQuarterly is run on Drupal 6, on Linux, in a VMware environment.

The original technical and production team in 2010 that was responsible for the translation of TriQuarterly from a print journal to an online publication were Harlan Wallach, Chris Wallace, Dave Look, and Jon Fernandez of NUIT.
