Floyd Skloot's 7th collection of poems, Close Reading, will be published by Tupelo Press in 2011. Tupelo will also publish in first collection of short stories, Cream of Kohlrabi, next year.  Skloot has won three Pushcart Prizes as well as a PEN USA Literary Award and two Pacific NW Book Awards. He lives in Portland, OR.
