Emma Sheinbaum

Emma Sheinbaum writes essays, poetry, and hybrid/image-text pieces. Her work has been published in Juked, The Birds We Piled Loosely, and Glass Mountain, among others. She was awarded a Micro-Residency at Books are Magic by The Poetry Society of New York and has been selected as a semifinalist for the The Center for Women Writers’ International Literary Awards: The Penelope Niven Creative Nonfiction Award, judged by Melissa Febos. Emma is also the Co-Founder & Editor of a genreless literary journal called A VELVET GIANT. Emma works in Manhattan and waters her plants at home in Brooklyn. She tweets @emmasheinbaum
