Catherine Black has published three books with Guernica Editions: a collection of prose poetry, Lessons of Chaos and Disaster, a Re-Lit nominated experimental memoir, A Hard Gold Thread, and Bewilderness, a Pat Lowther Memorial Award-nominated collection of prose poetry. Catherine is an Associate Professor and the Chair of the BFA Creative Writing program at OCAD University in Toronto. She lives with her family on the edge of the woods in suburbia.
